With the strong support of Botou Municipal Party Committee and Government, the explosion-proof tool factory moved from the original Shiqiao Village to Yongan Street in Botou City to start the second phase of development. The company was renamed: Hebei Zhongbo Explosion-proof Tool Co., Ltd.

Explosion-proof tools were successfully developed, filling the gap in the country and obtaining the country's first explosion-proof tool testing certificate. In the same year, the "Bridge Defense" trademark was successfully registered in the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
